  • Assistance with using the Inputi Farmer app through a dedicated IT help desk
  • Support from Call Centre agents for placing orders and accessing markets for produce
  • Agro-advisors available to provide input application advice and guidance on crop and livestock challenges
  • Fulfillment services for delivery and logistics
  • Multilingual capabilities in 6 languages: English, Luganda, Runyankole, Lusoga, Lugwere, and Lugisu, with an additional 4 languages underway to improve inclusivity.

We also offer customized communication packages tailored for agricultural development projects, including communication via call (for farmer consultations, training updates, and input chemical usage guidelines), SMS, and other forms of outreach.
